Didier Barthe

Didier Barthe was born in Bordeaux, France. He is Swiss-married, with two children. He is a mechanical engineer and a Business Economist. He has been the Section Head, then Department Head, at SGS (General Superintendence Company) in Italy then in Taiwan, respectively. Additionally, he has been the Administrative Director of a start-up company active in electrical network transmissions, the Assistant to the President of a trade finance company active in non-food consumer goods and premium wines, and Founder and Director of his own company active in medical imaging and consultancy in implementing technologies for improving buildings' energy savings. Mr. Barthe founded and is a member of non-profit associations in student, sports, and humanitarian areas. Currently, he is President of GIWEH.

Adrien Oleszkiewicz

Adrien Oleszkiewicz’s passion for other cultures and nature led him to obtain a master's degree in Sociology, followed by specialized training in mediation on environmental issues. His 15 years of professional experience has been devoted mostly to development and research in Morocco, Brazil, and Burundi, mostly using his administration skills to strengthen legal frameworks and build projects based on relevant needs. His specialization provides him the tools to act for better environmental management and sustainable development by establishing a constructive dialogue between stakeholders, and implementing training programs. His experience also includes the protection of fundamental rights during the democratization processes through empowering civil society.

Karima Quaisse Perini

Karima Quaisse Perini has over six years of research experience in microbiology and eco-toxicology. Most recently, her work has focused on the characterization of chemical compounds in water and the surrounding terrain, sediment filtration, and toxicity analysis. She has significant experience disseminating scientific information, including nine years as a Biology teacher and experience as a program facilitator with the Centre de Pro-Natura. She has worked with GIWEH since 2008, providing significant contribution to the program, “Priorities of the Water Sector in Palestine,” which addresses water management issues in the Palestinian Territory.

Nino Abuladze

Nino Abuladze is currently the Investment Project Manager and Project Manager of Kocks Consult Gmbh at the United Water Supply Company of Georgia within the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. She was previously Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Prior to becoming Chief Specialist at the Ministry, she was PR Manager at the construction consulting company, “UNEX.” In her current positions, she manages investment projects financed by donor organizations, as well as manages infrastructure projects including the construction of water supply and sanitation systems. Nino Abuladze is a Georgian citizen living in Georgia and was born in 1989; she obtained her degree from Caucasus University in The Caucasus School of Media in Social Science in Mass Communication/Journalism (2011), her Certificates of French Language and Culture (B1, B2) from CAVILAM University (2005, 2006) in Vichy, France, as well as her Certificate of the Italian Language and Culture from Instituto Italiano (2008) in Florence, Italy.
