GIWEH recently travelled to Tunis, Tunisia on a follow up program with the National Research Institute for Rural Engineering Water and Forestry - Tunis. 

This came following the previous visit of fifteen experts from different Tunisian organizations from different sectors (academia, private, government) to Geneva in early 2018 to meet with a number of Swiss organizations.

Fruitful discussions were held on the subject of possible future cooperation in the area of water for rural development.
