GIWEH was selected to be a member of the Citizens’ Commission for the preparation of the Citizens’ Forum during the 8th World Water Forum in Brazil, in 2018.

As a member of the Citizens’ Commission, one of GIWEH’s tasks is to identify strategic partner organizations in order to suggest activities for the Forum. During the kick-off meeting, the Forum’s High Commission will approve the Citizens’ Commission’s proposal and its partners.
