Acceptance of abstracts for the GIWEH third International Conference on Water Resources and Environmental Management entitled “Role of Governance in the Management of Water Resources and Environment” (ICWRE 2014) has been closed on Friday, 31 January 2014. We have received more than 100 abstracts. We would like to thank you for your high interest and motivation and also to express our gratitude to the ICWRE Scientific Committee for its excellent and prompt work.

The GIWEH ICWRE 2014 aims at bridging a gap between policy, science and practice in the field of water resources and environmental management; becoming an efficient discussion platform for stakeholders from all over the world; contributing to debates on environment related topics that take place on national different levels; sharing knowledge and raising awareness of environmental issues.
